If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your items please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will guide you through the steps to follow. Refunds will be accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items on sale, pre-sale or purchased with a coupon code will only be eligible for exchange. Items with a discount of over 30% are a final sale. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, etc.), towels (face, hand, bath, Turkish, etc.), bath products (soaps, lotions, etc.). Medium weight items including rugs, lamps, side tables, ladders, mirrors, ottomans and small furniture are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Large items, 40 lbs and over are not eligible for refund.
You must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase by email. All shipping, handling and packaging costs for the return will be assumed by the customer.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable at all times.
Refunds will be made, depending on the original method of payment, within 48 hours of receiving the item. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be posted to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with our return policy.
You should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
