All our Loloi rugs are shipped directly from Loloi's warehouse in Texas. They typically take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive in Canada. Tracking information will be sent 24 to 72 hours before the rug's delivery. U.S. customers can expect to receive their rug within 2 to 3 weeks. The rug is shipped directly from Loloi's Texas warehouse to the customer's residential address.

We do our best to ensure that the image matches reality as closely as possible. However, the same item may appear different under varying lighting or conditions. If it doesn't meet your expectations, simply return it at your own expense, and we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card.
