GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your items, please contact: info@maisonolive.com. We will guide you through the necessary steps. Exchanges only, or a refund of the order value to a Maison Olive gift card, will be accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Sale items are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges for prints or special orders.
No refunds will be issued due to delivery delays. If you order an item and the expected delivery date is postponed, we unfortunately have no control over this. (Lighting, Rugs, and Furniture)
All lighting and rugs are considered FINAL SALE and are not refundable. However, an exchange is possible within ten (10) days of receipt if the item is defective or damaged.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
Bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, throws, etc.)
Towels (face, hand, bath, Turkish, etc.)
Bath products (soaps, lotions, sprays, etc.)
Small and medium-sized items (rugs, lamps, side tables, ladders, mirrors, and ottomans) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Large items or items weighing 30 lbs and over are not eligible for a refund.
You have 48 hours to cancel your order after we email you the delivery time for items that are not in stock.
You must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase by email. All shipping, handling, and packaging costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with our return policy.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
