Snowflakes cover the streets of Paris, while we take a romantic stroll there. attracted by the elegance, warmth and aromas emanating from a luxurious pastry, we stop in front of their poster advertising their cooking workshops. spontaneously, we join the group. the shelves are full of top quality ingredients: imported vanilla pods, rose petals, freshly ground musk, refined confectionery... hanging from the chef's lips, we let ourselves be directed by adding each ingredient to create a praline white chocolate with lemon ganache. scents of juicy pear, fresh lemon and bergamot sensually intoxicate us. our senses revived, our taste buds awakened and the atmosphere enveloping us like an embrace, we do not yet suspect that the scent of praline will give life to an extraordinary tradition, that of a love story which will blossom year after year under snowy landscapes thanks to gourmet trips.
