A replica of a traditional pottery style, the 4-handled glazed pot would have facilitated the transportation and storage of goods. Four small "handles" around the opening of the jar were used historically to place carrying straps. Finished in a rustic brown glaze with a hint of exposed terracotta at the base, the Wright 4-handled glazed pot is intended for decorative use.
