At Maison Olive, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and timely shipping. This policy outlines the processing, shipping, and receiving of orders placed through our website or in-store.
Processing Time :
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation.
Made-to-order or personalized products may require additional processing time. These processing times are clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.
Delivery Time :
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and product.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For large furniture items, a specialized delivery service will be used, and a delivery window will be offered to you in advance.
White Glove delivery is available for a fully managed experience.
Service Areas :
We deliver throughout Canada, including Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritime provinces. For deliveries outside of Canada, please contact us in advance.
Shipping Costs :
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on size, weight, and destination.
Free shipping may be available during certain promotions or for orders exceeding a certain minimum purchase amount, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Order Receipt :
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the merchandise upon receipt.
In the event of visible damage or missing items, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service department at info@maisonolive.com.
