RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your items, please contact info@maisonolive.com. We will guide you through the process. Only exchanges or refunds issued as a Maison Olive gift card within 15 days of delivery will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Sale items are final.

No refunds or exchanges on prints or special orders.

No refunds will be accepted due to delivery delays. Estimated delivery dates may change and are beyond our control. (Lighting, rugs, and furniture)

For sanitary reasons, returns are not accepted on bedding, towels, or bath products.

Small and medium items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Large items weighing 30 lbs or more are not eligible for refunds.

You have 48 hours to cancel your order after receiving delivery timeline confirmation.

Proof of purchase is required. All return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Maison Olive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
