Décor and small parcels

Shipping for décor items and small parcels starts at $13.99.

Furniture

Furniture delivery is available from $289.

Rates may vary depending on:

• the size and weight of the product;
• the destination;
• the type of transportation required;
• access considerations for the delivery area.

White Glove Delivery

Our White Glove Delivery service is available from $459 for select furniture and oversized items.

What the service may include

• delivery inside your residence;
• placement of the furniture in the designated room;
• unpacking;
• basic assembly when required;
• removal of packaging associated with the delivered item.

Before delivery

The designated room and the path leading to it must be clear before the delivery team arrives.

Important: moving, rearranging or removing existing furniture, rugs, accessories or other personal belongings in the residence is not included in the White Glove Delivery service.

Depending on the product and access conditions, our delivery teams may also choose to unpack or prepare certain furniture items inside their trailer before bringing them into the residence.

Services requiring a specialized professional, including electrical installation of a light fixture, plumbing work or permanent furniture installation, are not included.

Order preparation timelines

Ready-to-ship items

Items already in stock at Maison Olive or at one of our warehouses and ready to ship are generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days following order confirmation.

This timeframe applies only to order preparation before shipment and does not include transit time to your address.

During promotional periods, statutory holidays or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

Furniture, rugs, lighting and items ordered from a supplier

A significant portion of our furniture, rug and lighting selection is ordered from our suppliers after your purchase.

In these cases, the 2-to-5-business-day timeframe does not apply.

Your order confirmation confirms that Maison Olive has received your purchase. It does not mean that the product is already ready to ship from the supplier.

The lead times shown on product pages represent our best estimate at the time of purchase and may vary depending on actual supplier availability.

Special orders and backordered items

Certain furniture, rugs, lighting and custom items may be temporarily backordered or specially ordered from our suppliers.

Restock dates shown on our website or communicated by our team are estimates provided by manufacturers and suppliers.

These dates may change due to:

• production delays;
• supply delays;
• transportation delays;
• port or customs delays;
• changes to the manufacturer’s production schedule.

Important: a supplier restock date is not the same as a delivery date to your home.

Once an item becomes available, additional time must be allowed for transportation to Maison Olive, our warehouse or directly to your address.

If a supplier communicates a significant change, our team will make every effort to provide you with the latest available estimate.

Special orders remain subject to the return and cancellation conditions applicable to the item ordered.

Delivery timelines

Small parcels

Once shipped, small parcels are generally delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email when available.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Furniture and oversized items

Furniture and certain oversized items are shipped using specialized carriers.

Transit times vary depending on your region, the carrier’s route and the frequency of deliveries in your area.

When required, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day or time window.

Orders containing multiple items

If your order includes products from different suppliers or warehouses, items may be shipped separately.

You may therefore receive:

• multiple tracking numbers;
• multiple parcels;
• deliveries on different dates.

For orders containing multiple furniture items, our team may, when possible, consolidate the items into one delivery.

This option may result in an additional delay if we need to wait until all items are available before scheduling delivery.

Access to your residence

Before ordering furniture or an oversized item, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product dimensions allow it to pass safely through to the intended room.

What to check before delivery

• door widths and heights;
• hallways;
• stairs;
• stairwells;
• elevators;
• tight corners and narrow passages;
• final product dimensions.

The customer must also ensure that access to the property is safe and suitable for the delivery vehicle and team.

Important: Maison Olive cannot guarantee that an item can be placed in the intended room if the product dimensions or access conditions do not allow it.

Additional fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required because of inadequate access, the customer’s absence or an inability to complete the delivery.

Receiving your order

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it is received.

If an item is damaged

For items delivered by a specialized carrier, please inspect the exterior condition of the packaging and product, when possible, before the carrier leaves.

If visible damage is present:

• notify the delivery team;
• take photos of the product;
• take photos of the packaging;
• keep the shipping label.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, are missing a part, or notice any other issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Important: keep the original packaging, boxes, protective materials and shipping labels until our team confirms the next steps.

We also ship many products to the United States, depending on product availability, size and destination.

Certain categories, oversized items or destinations may be excluded from U.S. shipping or may require a custom freight quote.
