Because we work with multiple vendors across North America to bring you the best in home furnishings and décor, shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the product. For the most accurate information, please refer to the individual product page.
Shipping
Lighting & Rugs
All lighting and rugs ship free across Canada.
Exception: oversized Currey & Co lighting fixtures.
Furniture
Furniture pieces including beds, sofas, tables and chairs are subject to shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on shipping origin, weight and freight requirements.
White Glove Delivery
Many of our larger furniture items are eligible for White Glove Delivery.
This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, assembly and removal of all packaging materials. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to schedule delivery at a convenient time.
White Glove Delivery starts at $459 and will appear as a delivery option at checkout when available. For particularly large or oversized orders, adjusted delivery fees may apply and will be communicated separately.
Décor, Mirrors, Artwork & Accessories
A flat shipping rate of $13.99 will be added to orders containing decorative items that are not furniture, rugs or lighting fixtures.
Please note that if your order contains a furniture item, only the furniture shipping fees will apply. The $13.99 flat shipping rate will therefore not be added to decorative items included in the same order.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are noted on each product page. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with additional shipping and delivery details.
Please note that delivery timelines for larger items, including rugs and furniture, can vary greatly depending on the vendor and shipping origin. We strongly recommend reviewing the estimated timeline noted directly on each product page before placing your order.
If your order contains only in-stock items, it is expected to ship within 24–48 hours.
Oleka artwork has an estimated delivery timeline of approximately 15 days.
Packaging & Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains items from multiple categories, shipping charges will be applied accordingly.
For example:
- a rug and a vase: your rug will ship free and a flat shipping rate of $13.99 will be added for your vase
- a sofa and a vase: only the sofa shipping fees will apply
- a rug, a sofa and a vase: your rug will ship free and only the sofa shipping fees will apply
Furniture shipping costs are based on factors such as shipping origin, freight charges and packaging requirements.
